5. Permit to establish a satellite broadcasting center and obtain a license to broadcast the program :

Any person or organization under sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Act establishes a satellite broadcasting center related to satellite and cable television or satellite If you want to broadcast a program through the distribution system, you have to submit an application to the Ministry in the format as per Schedule-3 along with the application as per sub-rule (1) of Rule 7.
